Why use the full writer

The authenticated writer keeps your banking details organized while matching the same visual style as the rest of the site—Inter typography, rounded corners, and a crisp primary blue accent. It is best when you need:

• Saved bank accounts, payees, and templates that persist between sessions.
• Organization-level redirects that guide teammates to the right dashboard.
• A searchable history of printed checks for exports and audits.

Access the writer at `/write-check`. If you are not signed in, the app uses the same guarded redirect logic as the rest of the SaaS experience to push you through authentication first.

Core flow

1. **Select or add a bank account.** The builder uses the same input tokens and spacing as the marketing pages, so the form stays legible in both light and dark mode. 2. **Pick a template.** Templates mirror the layout options documented in the marketing site and affect MICR placement. Choose the one that matches your pre-printed stock. 3. **Review and print.** Generate the PDF, preview the alignment, and share the output if needed.

Smart redirects and guards

• The writer honors the auth guard used throughout the app. Unauthorized visitors are routed to sign in before seeing bank data.
• Returning users land on `/write-check/dashboard` after writing checks, keeping navigation consistent with the main app shell.
• When you need to share, the same PIN-gated share flow used by `/share-check/[token]` is available from the writer.
